The service
Ledgerler is reconciliation and month-end close software: it matches transaction lines you import, tracks close checklist tasks, and keeps a record of both. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import and for reviewing matches before relying on them for accounting or reporting purposes.
Plans and billing
The free plan has fixed limits on entities, accounts, reconciliations, match rules and close checklists, described on the pricing page. Pro is billed at $29/mo or $290/yr through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ledgerler to process data you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer beyond what applicable law permits, or overload the service, including the public API and free browser tool.
Public API
The public matching API is offered for legitimate integrations, including AI agents reconciling on your behalf. Rate limits apply and are described on the API documentation page. We may suspend API access that abuses the service.
No warranty on matches
The matching engine is a tool to speed up reconciliation, not a substitute for professional judgment. Ledgerler is provided as is, without warranty that every match or adjustment is correct for your specific accounting needs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
