Pricing questions

Is my financial data private?
Your data is processed to run reconciliations and close checklists inside your workspace, and is never sold or shared. The free browser tool at /tools/bank-reconciliation runs entirely client-side, so those CSVs never touch our servers at all. See the privacy policy for details.
What file formats does Ledgerler accept?
CSV files from your bank portal or accounting software export, either uploaded as a file or pasted directly as text. Column mapping is guessed automatically and stays editable before you run a match.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly or annually with no contract. Cancel from the billing page and you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period, then drop back to the free plan's limits.
Do you support credit card statements, not just bank accounts?
Yes. Any two CSVs with a date, description and amount can be reconciled against each other, including credit card statements against your ledger. The credit card reconciliation template on the templates page has a ready-made starting point.
Can a bookkeeper use this across several clients?
Yes. Each client can be set up as a separate entity, each with its own accounts and reconciliations, inside one workspace. Free plans are limited to one entity, so most bookkeepers with more than one client will want Pro.
What happens when I hit a free-plan cap?
You will see a plain message explaining which limit was hit, with a link to upgrade. Nothing is deleted or locked; existing reconciliations and checklists stay readable, you just cannot create more until you upgrade or the next month starts.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding contract like the enterprise tools?
No. Ledgerler is self-serve: create an account, add an entity and an account, and import your first statement. There is no sales call, contract or implementation project.
